Dispute: In the event of a dispute between Hôtel Beauregard and the client, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the client is informed that they have the option to resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution procedure. In accordance with Ordinance No. 2015-1033 of August 20, 2015, and implementing Decree No. 2015-1382 of October 30, 2015, any consumer dispute or litigation, subject to Article L612-2 of the Consumer Code, the client has the option, in particular, to refer free of charge to the consumer mediator to which Hôtel Beauregard belongs, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one (1) year from the written complaint addressed to Hôtel Beauregard.

• The consumer mediator can be contacted by:

• either completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: https://www.mediateurfevad.fr/

• or by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain - 75007 PARIS.

The client is free to decide whether or not to resort to mediation. In the event of recourse to mediation by Hôtel Beauregard, the client is also free to accept or refuse mediation.

Once the mediator's decision is made, each party is free to accept or reject the solution proposed by the mediator.

• In the event of a dispute, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000, and Article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code:

• the client may seize either one of the territorially competent jurisdictions under the Code of Civil Procedure or the jurisdiction of the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event;

• Hôtel Beauregard may seize the court of the place where the client is domiciled.

Hôtel Beauregard reserves the right to request and obtain injunctions or orders for the defense of its rights under these terms.
